JG College of Computer Applications organized a One day e-Workshop on Software Testing for Semester-6 students on 22nd January 2022.Mr. Krunal Rana – QA Mentor at QA Ninjas was the resource person for the workshop. He started the session by taking live examples of the website which was having bugs. During the workshop students were explained about what kinds of bugs can occur during software development and how to record them in a report. The Speaker explained to the students about the importance of preparing reports during the testing process which helps in prevention of bugs for future development. In the workshop videos were shown to students to explain to them about real time bugs which can occur during and post software implementation. He also focused on types of testing, which can be manual or automated. Mr. Rana explained practically about both types of testing and also about the different tools used for testing. He guided the students about the career opportunities in the field of testing. It was really an interactive and live session which helped students to understand the concept of software testing clearly.
